More convienent way to update pipeline version

Now pipeline version is hardcoded in pipeline and every time we have to change it in every file. It will be good if we can somehow do it only in one place and it will be propagated to all pipelines.

Start by locating the pipeline definitions in this reusable GitHub Actions repository and identify where the version is repeated. Determine how a single version source could propagate to all pipelines, then verify that changing it in one place updates every pipeline consistently.
