Description
In the Mergit web pages, queued or merging PRs are in both the queued/merging table and the "All Open PRs" table. These PRs should be excluded; we should possibly also rename the "All Open PRs" table.
Maybe reorganize PRs by base branch first, and then by open/queued/running?
