Description
Hey, love this extension — been using it for about a year now, and I reinstall it every time I set up a new Brave profile.
One UX gotcha that has tripped me up more than once: right after installing, the extension's configuration page opens automatically. But since it's a `chrome-extension://` page, the extension itself can't run there. So the first thing a new user sees is... the extension not working.
I've fallen for it twice now — thinking the extension is broken, only to switch to a regular tab and realize everything works fine.

Might be worth adding a small notice on the config page (e.g. *"This extension doesn't run in this extension page — try it on a regular website!"*) to save new users the confusion.

Research direction
Start by locating the extension's configuration page entry point and reviewing how it is shown immediately after installation. Verify the behavior on the configuration page and on a regular website in Brave. Done means new users see a clear notice explaining where the extension works.
