log4cplus does not use line buffering

Just trying to get a list of keys that my TV remote sends and nothing comes out till I kill the libcec-caemon, then it dumps it all out. That's OK when you have -v -v turned on and you're drowning in debug messages but once it's going there will only be a few messages per day.

Start by locating the log4cplus logging setup and the daemon entry point, then reproduce the issue with a low-volume log stream rather than verbose output. Check the project’s existing build or test instructions if present; done means normal messages are emitted without waiting for the daemon to be killed.
