Add a Pill wrapper

A pill wrapper is similar to a circle, in that corner radius matches height, but it doesn't require width and height to be the same

Should have two ways to use

```swift
Pill {
UILabel("Text")
}

UILabel("Text")
.pill()
```

The `.pill()` modifier will essentially just wrap the view it's called on in a Pill
