Description
An [issue template](https://github.com/neurolibre/submit/issues/new?assignees=pbellec&labels=&template=submission.md&title=%5BSUBMISSION%5D) similar to the neurolibre example can be created and linked to the submit a paper button in the main webpage.
All it needs to ask the link to the repo and the handle of all of the authors, then the editor can add the authors to the organization and tag in the follow-up review procedures etc.
