Description
@gretatuckute commented that `ceiling.raw` and especially `ceiling.raw.raw` is confusing for naive users, and argues for more descriptive names.
In my mind, naive users wouldn't use the raw values anyway, but I'm open to change suggestions for more descriptive naming. E.g. `per_neuroid` instead of `ceiling.raw`?
