separate test status display for library and plugins

Rather than showing the library as failing if any single plugin fails (e.g. because a certificate hasn't been updated), let's separate the status display of core system and individual plugins. I'm thinking this goes into the repository landing page and instead of a single status, we show something like "Brain-Score: passing. Plugins: 98/99 passing."
