Personal / private leaderboards/ dashboards

It would be nice to have a “private configurable leaderboard”--e.g. some way for a user to see their private models (as well as other models of their choosing drawn from the larger set of public models), but in a kind of the same way as the public models are shown, with a ranking leaderboard and also the ability to do scatters.

It should be nicely enough set up to allow people to make near-publication-ready figures (or for, say, tweets). I think this would incentivize people to use brain-score in their own research more.

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by reviewing the existing public model leaderboard and scatter views, then clarify how users select private and public models and what publication-ready output must support. Done should include a configurable private view with rankings and scatter plots.
