Kitten TTS.

Hi,
I thought I might share this with the community. I have been working on creating a speech dispatch module for Kitten TTS (https://huggingface.co/KittenML/kitten-tts-mini-0.8). I am not sure if you guys are open to accepting new modules but I thought I would put it out there at least.

Start by reviewing the linked Kitten TTS model and the external speechd repository to understand the proposed module and how it relates to this project. The issue does not name files, tests, or acceptance criteria; completion would require an agreed integration scope and an accepted module.
