**Describe the bug**
Wells file read fails when TIME cards are in the format: DD/MM/YYYY(h:m:s)
e.g.
TIME 01/01/2020(00:00:00)
Wellspec well1
etc.
**To Reproduce**
Attached branch has a failing test with the error reproduced
**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

This is a rare bug as most models do not use this format for TIME cards
