**Describe the bug**
When clicked on the "New Issue" button, the link redirects to an incorrect link, which causes a 404 error.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://github-clone-dj.herokuapp.com/gitt/GitHub-Clone/issues/
2. Click on 'New Issue' button
3. See error
**Expected behavior**
Shows the page where you can create a new issue
