Update with recaptcha changes

I added a recaptcha due to spambots

The changes are here, I also deminified both of them because I don't like unreadable code:

I also added a json api to paste.lua so that it could actually tell you whether the script submission was successful. Before, it always said it was successful, even if it wasn't due to not all fields being filled out. Now it says it failed and even displays a nice error message!

Review the referenced scripts/index.html and scripts/main.js source, then inspect paste.lua for the JSON API behavior described in the issue. Compare the repository with the recaptcha and validation changes at the two view-source URLs; done means submissions report accurate success or failure and display validation errors.
