iOS 9 Safari crashes for the following payload

Description
I unable to view the following (converted pdf) file in iOS 9, Safari. It systematically crashes with the following error on the screen.
Is this a bug with viewer.js ?
Also, can I avoid this using come configuration setting for the viewer instance or by limiting caching ?
Please advise. Thanks in advance.
