Content Explorer: Accept Array of ItemId's

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Currently, the Content Explorer only accepts a folderId to render a list of child items. Add a prop to accept an array of itemIds would provide the ability to render results from the search endpoint, trash, task assignments, collection items, file version retentions, legal holds assignments, etc.

Create a custom list component.
