Possiblity to ignore hidden files when uploading folders

**We would like to have the possibility to ignore hidden files when upload folder. For example, with MacOS, each folder has .DS_store hidden files and users normally does not want to upload those files.**

One alternative can be providing a file filter when uploading folders.
