Folder deselection on navigate in ContentPicker

- Browser : Chrome, Edge, Firefox, IE

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**

I am not 100% sure what the intended behaviour originally was but here are a few options:
- If user picks a folder, they can no longer navigate into it OR,
- if user picks a folder, it remains selected in the UI even after navigating inside

**What went wrong? (Screenshots, console logs, or HAR files can be helpful here)**
- If a user picks a folder and navigates inside, it is deselected in the list but is still an item in the event array when the select "choose" event
