Bookmark/Web links in ContentExplorer opens blank page

- OS: [Mac OS (Mojave) ]
- Browser [chrome, safari, Firefox]

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
We created a bookmark file from

> Box admin

then tried to access it from

> ContentExplorer

within our app.
Once the bookmark file is clicked, a blank page shows up on a new tab instead of opening the URL of the file.

**Expected behavior**
We expect to be redirected to the URL of the bookmark file once its clicked. As its done from the Box admin.
