File/Folder Picker: Allow array of IDs to pre-select

**Describe the solution you'd like**
We're using the folder picker to allow users to pick which folders they want processed as part of a configuration. If they are to edit the current configuration, it would be very beneficial to reopen the picker with the previously selected folders (already checked).
