Make `name` in `UploadFileVersionRequestBodyAttributesField ` optional

It's not really a problem because there is a workaround, but I believe that it could be a mistake in the API specification.

I'd like `name` in `UploadFileVersionRequestBodyAttributesField` to be optional.

### Describe alternatives you've considered

As a workaround, you can set the `name` to be the previous name, so that there shouldn't be any change.

I'm aware that the API specification says `required`, but the comment says `optional`. And I believe that optional makes more sense so that you can avoid unwanted renames of an existing file during upload.
