ContentExplorer preview(using UIElement) is not working on iPhone

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
1.Add UIElement with type Explorer component to a React page.
2.Configure a folder with required authentication details.
3.Browse a folder.
4.Shows a list of files and click on individual file to open preview
5.Preview works fine on desktop but not working on above mentioned mobile models. When clicked on individual file icon nothing happens.

preview should work on iphone

Start with the UIElement Explorer integration in the React page and reproduce the issue by browsing to a file on iPhone Safari. Compare the desktop and mobile preview-opening behavior; done means selecting a file opens its preview on the reported iPhone models.
