Clearly mark dependencies

It would be nice to clearly display dependencies in BountySource itself. That way backers of an issue see which underlying issue would need to be tackled (and possibly split their contribution among multiple issues).

Example: dependency in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1065729
not in https://www.bountysource.com/issues/10401143-implement-the-fido-alliance-u2f-javascript-api
