How to create badge for open bounties of the team ?

How to create [bountysource badge](http://blog.bountysource.com/post/87257081709/bountysource-badges) for any [team](https://www.bountysource.com/teams)?

I could only see the URL like: https://api.bountysource.com/badge/team?team_id=69

But how do I know the team_id based on team name?
