Allow Private Email Blast for Updates

I have spoken with @rappo with this, but basically instead of an Update being posted for all to see it would be nice if there was a setting or checkbox (or completely different gui button) that allowed private email blasts.

Basically sending out emails to all the supporters without posting the contents publicly. This would be great for Thank you newsletters, or if you wanted just the supporters to vote on what issues/features they want to see the most.

A side note, it would be nice to set a minimum donation amount to send the email too, for example, doing an email blast to supporters of like $15 or more.
