Description

This is specifically for Ubuntu Touch (UT) phones and phones that have Snappy Ubuntu on them.

Just looking for an offline UT App that lists all of the bounties available as well as the bounty leaderboard of top bounties and amounts for 16.04-Ubuntu going forwards.

Doesn't have to be fancy but this is one way in which Bountysource.com could make it into the Ubuntu/Canonical ecosystem.

As a caveat I think it would be better if we had a daily update, as opposed to a "always connected" situation as this would do better for Mobile device-data-download-amounts etc. which may put the user at a disadvantage financially.

The programming language of UT is GO or QML (the powerful and preferred JavaScript-based declarative language).

Research direction

Start with the Ubuntu Touch developer portal linked in the issue and review the requirements for a Snappy Ubuntu Touch app. Define the offline bounty and leaderboard data, the user-requested or daily update behavior, and the supported 16.04 target before implementation; done means these requirements are specified and the app works offline with refreshed data.
