Letters of the badge too big in Firefox

Letters of the badge too big in Firefox (Linux) when minimal fonts are have larger pixel size than expected. This is going to be a norm for people with sight issues or on high pixel density displays.
You can reproduce it under Firefox using the Preferences->Content->Advanced->Minimum font size option.

The issue can be reproduced even for size = 14.

Proposed solution (if I may) is to render the text at the server side (portable) or use javascript and canvas API (less portable).

No source file or test is named in the issue. Reproduce the badge in Firefox on Linux with the minimum font size set to 14 or 15, then locate how the badge text is rendered.
