Provide funding addresses for Bitcoin/Ripple etc. for bounties

Let people support a bounty via anonymous funding of a bounty specific address.
For the implementation it would be best to **own the addresses themselves and tunnel funds through them** so if the used payment provide closes down incoming funds can still be processed.
