Description

If an issue gets closed and the bounty goes unclaimed for an extended period of time, we should donate or reallocate the funds.

Questions:

How long should we wait for someone to claim the bounty? Is 30 days too short? 60 days too long?

Where should the money go? Options I'd prefer are:
- donate to the project the bounty was on, to be used by the team members
- to the "Bountysource Community Fund", which would be used either by the Advisory Board (https://www.bountysource.com/teams/bountysource-advisory-board) or by the Bountysource community at large
