Group Launchpad issue by package name for large projects

Launchpad issues that affect Ubuntu and all Ubuntu integrations are all "packages that are part of the Ubuntu project. They currently get imported to Bountysource as part of the "ubuntu" tracker (https://www.bountysource.com/trackers/279572-ubuntu).

Due to the size and number of packages that Ubuntu has, this is unmanageable and not the most ideal way to organize them. Launchpad issues need to be grouped by "package" for large projects.

This is a good example of a project (Ubuntu) needing many trackers (what Launchpad calls "packages"), so that all integration-specific bugs are contained within Ubuntu.
