Add accepted/rejected status per-backer on issues/:id/claims

List backers and vote status per claim on the claims tab.

put the users into three accordions (listed in order of importance):
X Backers rejected (expanded by default)
X Backers accepted (expanded by default)
X Backers undecided\* (collapsed by default)

*if this claim has been accepted, rename undecided to "abstained"

Use the existing styling/formatting of the Accept/Reject text, but group accoringly and hide sections with 0 backers. Really quick mockup:
