Meta Description and Tags

None of the pages have meta tags for search engines to fill / highlight their results.

Google end up displaying "Blog. Teams. Enterprise. Sign In. is the funding platform for open-source software. Accelerate open-source development with our community of 10,269 members." for the index page, while DuckDuckGo shows nothing at all. Even if page specific meta tags are hard to generate due to the AngularJS structure, I think that at least a generic description and a set of tags are in order.
