Can't accept bounty claim

Trying to approve a claim on a bounty and it just runs me in a loop. Click accept, shows feedback box, enter feedback or not, click accept again, nothing gets submitted and the page resets.

No files or tests are named. Reproduce the claim-approval loop from the issue, then trace the accept flow from the bounty claim page; done means a claim can be accepted with or without feedback and the submission does not reset.
