1. Is it correct that I can't refund a bounty?
2. Do bounties that are set to not expire still expire after some implicit max-expiration time?
3. What happens to issues that are expired? Is the amount refunded, or is it given to Bountysource?
4. What happens to issues that are closed, with no one claiming the bounty? Is the amount given to Bountysource, or is it refunded?
