GitHub Committer Tools - plug-in in inconsistent state

I originally said

That is no longer the case, BUT it is very slow to change the Git issue.

I then mentioned,
>I bumbled my way to the Tools, it is not showing 'Installed' against the main project.
I tried 'Install', it gets 'Tracker has already been taken'.

It IS installed, as above, it is updating the Git issues (slowly).

This inconsistent state is still the case.


Start in the GitHub Committer Tools area and inspect the main project's installation state alongside the linked OpenSCAD project. Reproduce the “Tracker has already been taken” response and the delayed issue updates; done means the UI reports the plugin as installed and issue messages update consistently.
