Change Twitter permissions to read-only

Hello.

I wanted to link my Twitter account.

But I've found out that you're asking for write permissions.

Why? If it's not necessary — please, change it.

Confirm which permissions are necessary for linking, change the request to read-only if write access is not needed, and verify the consent screen no longer asks for write permissions.
