Description
https://www.bountysource.com/issues/73385627-buy-stickers
Until today, this bounty was at USD 40.
I wanted to increase it to USD 100, taking USD 60 from borgbackup org funds.
So I put USD 60 into the "checkout box" on the right side of the page and clicked **CHECKOUT**.
Nothing happened for several seconds (no progress / loading indication, no redirect to final confirmation page, nothing), so I assumed the click did not work somehow.
Clicked again, similar thing.
But now it seems that org funds have been reduced by 2x 60 USD, the bounty page shows:
```
ThomasWaldmann posted a $60 bounty 8 minutes ago.
```
BTW, that is another issue: if you forget to switch "display as" to the org, it will display the money coming from your personal account although it in fact came from the org account. bad default behaviour.
Inconsistency: it still shows "total bounty value: 40 USD" at the top right, so the money seems to have vanished (not shown for org any more, but also not for total bounty value).
Also, I did not get the usual emails (which are triggered by that confirmation page I also didn't get).
Reloading the page also does not help.
So, where is the money?

No files or tests are named. Start with the linked Bountysource checkout flow and reproduce the double submission, missing confirmation, incorrect account display, and inconsistent bounty total; done means the transaction is recorded once, balances and attribution agree, and confirmation emails are sent.
