How to change/migrate the issue tracker URL to gitlab

First of all thanks so much for having added gitlab support!!!

I'm trying to understand how to change and migrate all the Remmina issues from Github to Gitlab

We have the new URL with all the old issues here
https://gitlab.com/Remmina/Remmina/issues

How can I do the migration without loosing the bounties?
