Problems after moving github repo

I'm having problems installing the "ghithub issue plugin" after moving one of my personal repos to another organisation on github.

The move was done using the "move" option in github settings for the specific repo and everything was working before the move.

The new organisation is authorised and I can see new repos under that organisation.
The repo that was moved shows that it already has the plugin installed but it is not showing in the issue tracker.

Is there a way to force reinstall the plugin on a repo issue tracker?
