deprecate /fundraisers and reroute to Salt

Nothing is listed . At all.
Completed ones are : https://www.bountysource.com/fundraisers/completed

This is a bad bug because, it means when you are at your cart, and you click on more items to see what you can invest/spend your bitcoin or monies on - there's no flow-through to the fundraisers.

I see this as a low-priority bug.

**If there is nothing there then it should say ala - 'there are no fundraisers at this time ' or similar.**

Start at the /fundraisers entry point and trace the cart’s “more items” flow described in the issue. Clarify whether the intended result is rerouting to Salt or showing an empty-state message; done means the chosen behavior works when no fundraisers are listed.
