Better logging support for privileged operations

**What I'd like:**
There are a few operations in Bottlerocket that are considered privileged, like changes to the API settings or accessing host containers. Said events should be logged so that users can set up monitoring tools and detect suspicious changes in the API settings, or undesired access via host containers.
