Can we add flag which can allow brupop to ignore PDB

It's very hard in the real world for all applications to run perfectly all the time and for allowed disruptions to always be set to 1. In my opinion, it's a good idea to give users the choice to ignore or not to ignore PDB while running brupop in their environment.
