Add a mechanism for viewing node wave positions

**Issue or Feature Request:**
Bottlerocket’s TUF repository includes a concept of [“waves” with each update](https://github.com/bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket/tree/147a019a57f3575b04669277da033c5b0c67b30e/sources/updater/waves). Bottlerocket nodes generate a seed at each boot, and this seed is used to self-determine when the host becomes eligible for any given update based on the wave schedule included in that update. It would be useful to visualize the wave position of Bottlerocket nodes managed by Brupop.
