See if there is a clean and safe way to migrate namespace and label names

**Issue or Feature Request:**

Today, there are a lot of references to `brupop-bottlerocket-aws` and `brupop.bottlerocket.aws`. Brupop, and Bottlerocket, are not AWS products and should not have AWS in the name. It's also a lot to type. ;)

This issue is a reminder to do some research to see if there is a safe way to migrate these references to a new, better name. We would want to maintain backwards compatibility for existing deployments, but make sure anything new uses a non-branded naming scheme.
