Extend the documentation for the admin and control containers

**What I'd like:**

The documentation doesn't cover in great detail what a user can do through the admin container, what processes does it have access to or whether or not it has visibility over the host's network. We should extend the documentation for the admin container to expand on how the users can leverage on the admin container to debug and explore their hosts. And the same for the control container.

No file or test is identified in the issue; start by locating the existing documentation for the admin and control containers. Document what users can do with each container, which processes they can access, and whether they can see the host network, with enough detail to support debugging and exploration.
