Make logdog collect ebpf-sdk.log, network-policy-agent.log

**What I'd like:**

Currently, only a subset of log files in /var/log is collected. Logdog should provide an option to collect all relevant log files including ebpf-sdk.log, and network-policy-agent.log.

**Any alternatives you've considered:**

Start at the logdog implementation and trace the /var/log collection entry point and its current file selection. Determine how an option would include ebpf-sdk.log and network-policy-agent.log, then verify that the resulting collection contains both files.
