capture ethtool metrics via logdog

**What I'd like:**

Would like the script mentioned in above PR to be included in Bottlerocket AMI. This would allow customers to collect cni logs on bottlerocket AMI. Similar to this: https://github.com/awslabs/amazon-eks-ami/tree/master/log-collector-script

As of today we have to ask customers to run some manual steps to collect these logs.

Start by reviewing the referenced amazon-eks-ami PR #870 and the log-collector-script directory, then compare them with this repository’s Bottlerocket packaging conventions. Confirm how the script should be included in the Bottlerocket AMI and verify that customers can collect CNI logs, including ethtool metrics, without manual steps.
