logdog doesn't capture network configuration for networkd

**Image I'm using:**
aws-k8s-1.28 1.15.0

**What I expected to happen:**
`logdog` should capture network information.

**What actually happened:**
`logdog` creates a `logdog.errors` file with this output:
```
Error running command 'exec wicked wicked show all': 'Error starting command 'exec wicked wicked show all': No such file or directory (os error 2)'
```

**How to reproduce the problem:**
Run `logdog`.
