Description
**Describe the bug**
When building a Hoplon project, Boot fails with an error.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a project using the [hoplon template](https://github.com/hoplon/hoplon-template)
2. Run 'boot repl' in terminal
**Expected behavior**
A REPL should be spawned.
