make `show -f` indicate role

It would be very helpful, esp. for newcomers, if file role were indicated in the output of `show -f`.

Color coding would be nice, but IMO should be complemented by a textual annotation, e.g. a prefixed indicator. For example:

[io] foo.bar
[i] echo.clj
