Exclude repo when performing org scan

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
We perform two actions, an entire org scan and individual repos. But the entire org scan also grabs from repos we want to exclude.

A flag to --exclude-repo "a/b"

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Can't think of a way around but open to ideas.
